Vibrant Scents

I have written about some of the uses of peppermint, lemon,and lavender. Today I would like to mention my all time favorite and most versatile of essential oils ,frankincense.
Frankincense has been around for a very long time. It is a healing oil that no one should be without. Among its earthy, balsamic scent it has very calming properties that increase spirituality and inner strength.I love blending a drop or two with 5-10 drops of a very pure carrier oil and using it on my face .It helps in repairing sun damage, renew healthy looking skin and minimize oil production and breakouts.
Look up frankincense(google it) and be thrilled with all the information on this wonderful natural healing substance.
Be sure to remember that from a healing or wellness point of view ,only pure unadulterated essential oils really having any healing properties.Everything thing else is just perfume grade; meaning they may smell terrific ,but their health value is zero.
